Complete house renovation
The property is located in Valeriusstraat in Amsterdam Zuid. The large and bright completely renovated double upper house is just about everything you'd expect! The house is filled with modern pieces and carefully selected materials. Custom carpentry is featured throughout the project, all living room and kitchen carpentry elements were bespoke and made by our talented carpenter team.
This house was designed for a multicultural couple and their son. This 148 square meter home is spread over 2.5 floors, with the master, guest and kid bedroom on the upper floor to take advantage of the views. The living space is on the second floor. The main living level includes a new modern kitchen, dining, and living space and the double height entry. This large open area acts as a gallery of light, allowing filtered light through the big new Pure view window. The new sliding glass doors open up completely, allowing the dining space to extend to the deck outside. On the second floor, in addition to the master bedroom and bathroom room, a “Guest room” welcomes visitors with their own bathroom.
Renovated in a pure and warm atmosphere, the space is rearranged so that everyone feels at home and finds their place.
In the living room, a television lifts has been designed to avoid mounting the flat screen TV on the wall. This new built-in increase the aesthetics.
The new minimalist Pure View architectural window system, was designed to enhance the living space with its transparent facade. This innovative system not only brightens the main room but also adds a touch of elegance to the house. We experience the perfect blend of style and functionality with the new window, where natural light meets contemporary design and transform the environment. We create a seamless connection with the outdoors!
On the third floor, the open staircase invites you to discover a carefully designed space. Here, we've created modular zones that prioritise comfort and ergonomics, ensuring that each corner is both functional and welcoming. Homeowners appreciate the versatility of this floor, perfect for a variety of activities while retaining a sense of warmth and style. Bedrooms also feature detailed panelling and plinth designs – as well as the wonderfully executed walk-in wardrobes.
